What will you be doing?
As an AWS Platform Engineer at SecurITon Technologies, you will lead the development, deployment, and management of cloud solutions within the Amazon Web Services (AWS) environment. This vital role supports organizations in utilizing cloud technologies to enhance flexibility, security, and operational efficiency. You will collaborate closely with clients to tailor cloud solutions that fit their strategic goals and operational needs.
How will you contribute to our success?
- Design and implement robust, scalable cloud infrastructure solutions using AWS technologies such as EC2, RDS, S3, and Lambda.
- Execute migrations of existing applications and infrastructure to AWS, ensuring a smooth transition with minimal downtime.
- Monitor and manage cloud environments to uphold performance standards, cost efficiency, and compliance with security regulations.
- Engage with clients and internal teams to develop comprehensive disaster recovery strategies and conduct regular system backups.
- Leverage automation tools like AWS CloudFormation and third-party CI/CD tools to streamline deployment and operational tasks.
- Keep abreast of new AWS offerings and industry trends to continually offer innovative solutions and improvements.
What skills does our ideal candidate have?
- Proficient in managing and architecting solutions using AWS services.
- Experienced in executing large-scale migrations to AWS.
- Skilled in using AWS management tools and automation frameworks.
- Knowledgeable in network architecture and security protocols within the AWS ecosystem.
- Holding certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate or AWS Certified DevOps Engineer – Professional.
